REFUNDS, RETURNS, and EXCHANGES
ALL SALES MADE WITH PURE IMAGE BEAUTY ARE FINALE!
Due to the sensitivity of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges.
NO REFUNDS. If there is an issue with your order feel free to contact us via email, within 24 hours of the time your package was delivered. Please provide your order number, the condition in which it was received, and photo proof.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We ensure product quality and all packages are shipped with fragile stickers. If your item has arrived damaged, please contact USPS or speak to your mailman. Pure Image Beauty is not responsible for any damages that are caused by transit or handling of the postman.
