ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 2-5 business days (excluding Sundays and major holidays) from the time you placed your order to be processed. Any orders placed after 6pm EST will be processed the following day. You will receive emailed updates on the status of your order.

All purchases with Pure Image Beauty will require a signature confirmation at the time of your package delivery.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
NO, at this time Pure Image Beauty only ships to the US.
ORDER TRACKING
Once an order is placed and to the time of your delivery you will receive email updates on the status of your package.
Once your package has been shipped out, it is no longer in the possession of Pure Image Beauty! Please direct tracking questions to USPS who is in possession of your package. We see the SAME tracking information that our customers see. We do not work with USPS.
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?
We process payments through PayPal.
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
NO, you don't need a PayPal account to place an order. Continue to click the “PayPal Checkout” option then, proceed to click the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button to put in your card details.
